Travel
We warmly invite you to meet other delegates and speakers at the Drinks Reception which will be staged in the atrium of the Radisson SAS Royal Hotel from 7.30pm onwards on Wednesday 19 November. Should you wish to arrive any earlier on the Wednesday, a member of the Future Sponsorship team will be on hand to greet and register delegates from 1pm onwards.

If travelling from outside the UK:
By Air - The nearest airport is Brussels Airport (BRU) which is around 10 miles away. Travel time by car to the Hotel from the airport is around 30 minutes and 20 minutes by rail.
By Road - The Hotel is situated in the heart of Brussels. Parking is available at the Hotel for 25 Euros per day.
By Rail - The nearest train station is Le Gare Central. The metro system connects the Hotel with the rest of central Brussels within 20 minutes.
