Substitutions
Substitutions are welcome at anytime.
Cancellations and Refund Policy
Written cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the respective European Sponsorship Association Forum will be fully refunded. Cancellations made within the 24 hour period to the event date will be subject to a 50% refund. All cancellations must be made in writing.
Liability
The European Sponsorship Association will not be liable to client or persons attending the Sponsorship Forums for injury to persons or loss or damage to the client’s property unless and only to the extent that it has been negligent. ESA will not accept liability for any transport disruption or individual transport delays and in such circumstances the normal cancellation restrictions apply.
ESA reserves the right in our absolute discretion and without further liability to cancel the programme in which all monies will be refunded.
Privacy Policy
ESA safeguards all delegate data and will endeavour to keep delegates informed of its other conferences and industry events where appropriate. No data will be released to third party organisations.
Registration Fee
The registration fee includes participation in the forum, breakfast, lunch and all supporting delegate materials.
